This website is operated by WHITE POMEGRANATE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WHITE POMEGRANATE. WHITE POMEGRANATE offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Our prices do not include VAT & DUTY charges for international shipping. This fee will be over and above what you pay on the website which will be chargeable by FEDEX or DHL respectfully.
Shipping is included and will reflect at the time of checkout.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
No liability will be accepted for changes in appearance, performance or defects in any of our fabrics if they are treated, after purchase, by spraying or processing of any kind, including flame-proofing or the application of stain-repelling treatments.
We cannot guarantee precise colour matching against samples, or between different batches. All products are hand made and the slight change of colour in every batch will appear.
Although tests and measures have been taken to achieve the highest standards of quality control, our fabrics are not guaranteed against colour fading.
CLIMATE AND HUMIDITY:
Some fabrics may be affected by changes in climate and/or humidity. These are natural occurrences and are not caused by faults in the fabrics.
We cannot be responsible for the results of flame-proofing or other similar process. Before flame proofing fabrics, we strongly recommend that a batch cutting be sent to the flame proofer for testing. Please note that flame-proofing often affects the finish, handle and occasionally the colour of fabrics.
Please refer to the care instruction reference given in the Price List against each item or behind the samples or on the hangers. Our fabrics are not guaranteed against shrinkage or discolouration due to washing or contact with any liquid. A residual shrinkage of approximately 5% should be expected during the cleaning process, as these are all natural fibers.
All measurements for repeats and widths are approximate. We strongly advice, that you consult your decorator or curtain maker before ordering the fabric, or upholsterer, so as to avoid inaccurate measurements, calculations or estimates.
Samples can be sent on request of the retailer or the customer directly.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES:
A minimum order quantity of 5 metres is applicable for fabrics and 4 pieces for the cushion covers. We do not sell fillers for international shipping. For fabrics that are out of stock please e mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 3B RUSTAM BAGH VIEW APTS, RUSTAM BAGH RD, KODIHALLI BANGALORE Karnataka IN 560017.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping rates will be charged automatically after the delivery address has been entered at checkout.
We dispatch the order between 1-4 working days from the time the order is placed. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. We request you to please fill in your delivery address correctly, as we will not be responsible if this goes to an incorrect address. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the goods at all times or else the goods will be returned and a charge is applicable in returning and re sending the goods.
We have tied up with Fedex and DHL & Bluedart for worldwide shipments.
DUTIES AND TAXES:
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in the Shipping Charges, they are over and above. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary from country to country. All such duties and taxes are to be paid to the shipping agency (FedEx, DHL etc) at the time of your order delivery upon submission of invoice by our shipping agent.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 5 times before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. A charge is applicable for goods that are returned as well without pickup as well.
FABRIC: Delivery of stock that is readily available with White Pomegranate will take upto 10-12 working days to reach the customer anywhere abroad from the time of payment.
Newly printed stock will take atleast 6-8 weeks.
Hand embroidered fabrics will take atleast 6-8 weeks.
CUSHIONS: Delivery of stock that is readily available with White Pomegranate will take upto 10-12 days to reach the customer anywhere abroad.
For newly printed stock we will require atleast 6-8 weeks.
It is the company policy to organize prompt deliveries but any promise made, whilst done so in good faith, is not guaranteed and we shall not be liable for the consequence of any delay whatsoever, and however occasioned.
All risks, including damage, deterioration, loss and theft, shall be the liability of the customer as soon as delivery has been made to the customer.
White Pomegranate strives to produce high quality products. If unsatisfied for any reason kindly e mail us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the goods and your request will be dealt with.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL REFUND ONLY THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCT AND NOT THE SHIPPING.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATIONS:
Upon cancellation of a written confirmed order for READY STOCK FABRIC and CUSHIONS a charge of 20% will be levied plus any handling and carriage cost. You may cancel the order upto 24 hours before dispatching of the goods.
We do not accept cancellations for MADE TO ORDER fabrics once a written confirmed order is placed and paid for.
Fabrics and products should be carefully inspected prior to cutting or using. Whilst ever effort is made to control and inspect each order to ensure you receive the fabric and products in the best possible condition, errors can be made, damage and creasing can occur in transit and therefore it is essential that no length is cut or product used until you are totally satisfied in all respects. CHECK THAT THE CORRECT FABRIC HAS BEEN SENT AND THE CORRECT FACE INDICATED.
Payments can be made online, using credit card, debit card and paypal. Alternatively we accept cheques to WHITE POMEGRANATE. Please mention your name, email id and order number behind the cheque.
PAYPAL is our third party payment gateways.
