Refund policy & Cancellation
White Pomegranate strives to produce high quality products. If unsatisfied for any reason kindly e mail us at
firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the goods and your request will be dealt with.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL REFUND ONLY THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCT AND NOT THE SHIPPING.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATIONS:
Upon cancellation of a written confirmed order for READY STOCK FABRIC and CUSHIONS a charge of 20% will be levied plus any handling and carriage cost. You may cancel the order upto 24 hours before dispatching of the goods.
We do not accept cancellations for MADE TO ORDER fabrics once a written confirmed order is placed and paid for.
Fabrics and products should be carefully inspected prior to cutting or using. Whilst ever effort is made to control and inspect each order to ensure you receive the fabric and products in the best possible condition, errors can be made, damage and creasing can occur in transit and therefore it is essential that no length is cut or product used until you are totally satisfied in all respects. CHECK THAT THE CORRECT FABRIC HAS BEEN SENT AND THE CORRECT FACE INDICATED.
